Panel Application Form

We are offering you, the fans, the opportunity to apply to host panels at the event! Fan run panels are a huge part of convention programming abroad and we want to bring that experience to you! If your panel is selected, not only will it be added to our official schedule, but you will also be given free entry on the day of your presentation! So think long and hard about what topic you think would bring the most value to the convention! We look forward to reading your applications

  • A Panel Organizer is a person who submits and successfully hosts one or more panels at the ALIAS Entertainment Expo
  • A Co-Panelist is a person who is included on a Panel Organizer’s submission, and has an active role in hosting the panel with a Panel Organizer.
    • A Panel Organizer may not request more than 3 co-panelists (ie 4 panelists per panel in total). However only up to two (2) of the overall 4 panelists will receive free entry per approved panel.
All Ages: Content is generally suitable for all ages. Content may contain minimal cartoon, fantasy or mild violence and/or infrequent use of mild language. Nothing that would offend parents for viewing by children. NOT CARDED, NO ID NEEDED
Teen: Content may contain violence, suggestive themes, crude humor, minimal blood, themes of gambling and/or infrequent use of strong language. Parents urged to give "parental guidance". May contain some material parents might not like for young children. NOT CARDED NO ID NEEDED
Adult: May contain intense and/or prolonged scenes of violence, blood and gore, graphic sexual content, gambling and/or strong language. Adult 18+ only. CARDED, ID NEEDED
