Submissions Procedure 

Welcome competitor to the submissions page, this page is for submitting your completed cosplay entry into the Caribbean Cosplay Championship 2023. 

This page is only for the use of all the confirmed entrants into the Caribbean Cosplay Championship. 

Confirmed entrants are competitors who would have already submitted their entry via our registration form by June 30th and received email confirmation that they were accepted. If you have applied and have not received any emails regarding your entry please feel free to contact us via email ASAP.

Please use the section below to submit your completed entry/entries.

  1. The following information will need to be submitted by July 15th 2024:
  •       Progress Portfolio: This document will explain to the judges how you created your costume, using work-in-progress pictures and their associated descriptions. This must be in the form of a PDF (minimum of 5 pages, maximum 20 pages) Guidance on portfolio submissions can be obtained once contestants join our discord.
  •       MP3 Music OR MP4 video presentation (minimum 30 seconds and maximum 1 minute 30 seconds ). Contestants will have use of our background screen for their performance so if they opt to use this they will need to submit a video WITH your relevant audio. THIS VIDEO MUST BE SHOT IN LANDSCAPE FORMAT. If you won’t be using the screen please submit just your audio in mp3 format.
  •       Good quality High-resolution cosplay photographs of you. These photos will be used to promote your appearance in the contest. We also recommend that some of your photos be landscape in orientation to give us the best selection for editing.
  1. Permission is granted for ALIAS Entertainment to use all photographs and videos submitted for future promotions.
  2. Costumes submitted for this competition can also be entered in the Tiktok, Performance and Alias Cosplay Visionary Award Categories.
  3. Costumes worn in a previous ALIAS Cosplay Competition are NOT eligible for entry in subsequent ALIAS Cosplay Competition.
  4. Costumes that have participated in independent cosplay or costume competitions not associated with ALIAS will only be allowed entry into the Caribbean Cosplay Championships (CCC) at the discretion of ALIAS Entertainment. (please note that if your costume has won a prize in another contest you will not be allowed to enter[J1] )
