Golden Week
You may not have known this but 2025 marks our 15th Anniversary, having started as a small cosplay party we have grown into the biggest event of its kind in the region and we it’s all thanks to YOU!
So we are stepping out and doing things big this year with our GOLDEN WEEK of exciting events and activities leading up to an amazing weekend. We want to continue to create events around community and good vibes as we spread the ALIAS love and celebration

Saturday 26th
“AH going down San Fernando, down dey have plenty tempo” We were bringing the party to the Southlands!! You always ask us why we don’t do more events in south so we decided to change the location of our parade and opening ceremony to South Park! Along with expanding that event to a Mini Matsuri! with games, giveaways, vending, along with movie screenings to kick off golden week!!
Sunday 27th
Are you ready for some football!! As we head to the Marvin Lee Stadium for an Epic Anime Sports Day!! Filled with Anime/Pop culture themed sports day events and the first ever ALIAS Neo Egoist (Sh*ttong) Football Tournament! So organise your 5 a side anime squad!
Monday 28th
We will be taking our regional cosplay guest patrons on an epic Craft Tour to learn some of the secrets of where Trini cosplayers get their cosplay materials. Of course our locals are welcome to come along if you are interested in the art form of cosplay and always wanted to know where to find the materials used. But wait, there is more! That evening we head out for dinner of Japanese Hot Pot aka Shabu Shabu to round off the evening with filled bellies and a fun lime.
Tuesday 29th
Once again cosplayers prepare yourselves for an exciting day as we go on an amazing journey as we host Cosplay Photoshoots. Those of you that came to our Ani-meetup in 2024 know that random photos on your phone cannot compare to a proper photoshoot with a professional photographer on location. After a day of creating memorable images we unwind with a proper Trini Pub Crawl on the Avenue hitting all your favourite liming spots. Needless to say this is strictly 18+ so your pumping crew better be ready and able fuh di PARDY!!!
Wednesday 30th
We head to NALIS Port of Spain for a Japanese Cultural Day filled with Anime and Japanese Live Action Shows, Anime and Manga Art Workshops, DIY Craft workshop, Origami workshop, Mini market, Cultural displays, and Hachidori Kai (kimono dressing). It’s a day any self respecting weeb would not want to miss as it is your opportunity to learn all about many facets of Japanese culture.
Thursday 31st
Ready Player One? Here comes a New Challenger!!! We are collaborating with Man of War Gaming to host a Gamer Lime. Gaming “sweat” and exhibition matches in preparation for the weekend’s tournaments coupled with casual gaming and other activities ensuring that there is never a dull moment when gamers gather.
Friday 1st August
Splish Splash we take a plunge and dive into a Five Islands Pool Party!!! That’s right we are gonna have ourselves a wet and wonderful time as we remix ALIAS Summer Splash from 2015 into 2025’s pre-expo pump so get your floaties and sunscreen ready as we hunt down and use every single one of the rivers, slides, and pools at Five Islands water park.
The last 2 days of this year’s celebration will be back at the Centre of Excellence for the 2 day expo you know and love! So get ready for our Floor Attractions, Massive Exhibitor Hall and International Guest lineup!!
