Waiver of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Cosplay Museum display at Alias Entertainment Expo (the “Event”), which is organized and run by Alias Entertainment (the “Organizers”), the undersigned agrees to the following:

I understand and acknowledge that my participation in the Event involves certain risks and I voluntarily and willingly assume these risks.

I agree to follow all instructions given to me by the Organizers’ staff, and to comply with all rules and regulations of the Event.

I release and hold harmless the Organizers, their employees, agents, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions or rights of action, which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with my participation in the Event, including but not limited to any liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss suffered by me as a result of my participation in the Event.

I understand that the Organizers will do their best to safeguard my costumes but they are not responsible for any lost or stolen items or for any damage to my cosplay or personal property during the Event.

I understand that I am solely responsible for ensuring that my cosplay and/or any prop(s) used in the display do not pose any harm or risk to any other individual or property.

This Waiver of Liability Agreement shall be binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.

I have read this Waiver of Liability Agreement, understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
